Miche's splined track sprockets are designed to press on to the matching adaptor that threads onto your hubshell. A lockring secures the sprocket in place.
The adaptor stays in place during gearing changes,saving a little wear and tear on the threads on your hub.
Miche adaptor thread standard: 35 mm × 24tpi.
Sprocket sizes: 14, 15, 16, 17 or 18 teeth (1/8" or 3/32").
On the hub below, the sprocket adaptor has been threaded onto the hub's sprocket threads and the splined sprocket pressed on the adaptor. The lockring, once fitted, will keep the sprocket in place and prevent the adaptor from unthreading in the event of back pressure.
